Yes. A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your date. The remaining balance is due according to the terms of your booking.
We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for weddings, graduations, holidays, and other popular dates. However, if your event is coming up soon, submit a reservation with your event details or contact us and we'll check our availability.
Yes, our minimum rental time is 3 hours.
Yes! Additional hours are available depending on your package.
Travel and delivery are included for events within our standard service area. Additional travel fees may apply for locations outside our service area. Contact us with your event location and we’ll be happy to confirm any applicable fees before you book.
Yes! We can create a customized photo design to match your event, including names, dates, colors, themes, and other details.
Absolutely! Send us your artwork or logo and we'll work with you to incorporate it into your photo design.
Yes! JMS Photo Booth Rental handles delivery, setup, and breakdown for your event.
Space requirement is 10' x 6' space, 9' minimum ceiling height, and a safe, level ground free of liquids or hazards.
We will arrive 1-2 hours before your rental time begins to have the booth fully set up and ready. We do prefer to set up before your event starts, when possible.
Date changes may be accommodated depending on availability. Contact us as soon as possible if your plans change.
Because your deposit reserves your date and prevents us from booking another event, the $100 deposit is non-refundable. You may change your event date subject to availability.
